Another vote for Manchester.
As I understand it the Alpine dealers had to sign up to a commitment for staff to only be engaged in Alpine sales. Some dealerships never complied with this and so you end up trying to deal with an understaffed dealer.
Manchester is one of the few that has staff involved solely with Alpine. They were not my supplying dealer but my first service was done by them and Im very happy with the customer care.
If a dealership can't be bothered to assist in a sale then they will be even worse if you need after sales support
