Renault dealer, no longer accepting phone calls!?!

Just called my local Renault dealer hoping to speak to someone in the parts department, but apparently, they no longer accept telephone calls!! Is this standard practice now? Manufacturer supported agents just have no interest in aftersales anymore?

Don't suppose anyone works at Renault here?

Could be that specific dealer franchise is in admininstration (or about to go into administration?) and not taking customer calls?

Tried another Renualt main dealer? Did you get the same response?

Its just the parts department that aren't taking calls. All my local dealers are part of the same group, although I haven't yet had time to call others.

Sutton Park no longer take calls, everything goes via a call centre who take messages. It's a bit hit and miss.
