Can anyone tell me which model to go for which has a normal belt and NOT a wet belt please?

Most modern Dispatch models use (particularly with the 1.5 or 2.0 Blue HDI engines) ,they use a conventional dry belt ,or in some later models a timing chain.They welt belt issue effects mainly the 1.2 pure tech engines which are not typically found in the Dispatch van
