2010 Citroen C4 THP Swap

Hi guys, looking for the Citroen/Peugeot gurus out there that can help me.
So I have a 2010 C4 which had the 120VTi. I got hold of a 2009 207 GTi from which I've taken the engine and ECU and swapped it into the C4. I've had the immo off done on the ECU. But currently I'm getting crank no start with 4 DTC P0261, P0264, P0267, P0270. They're all related to the injectors. Now I've got the dilemma of is it because of the swapped and something is incompatible or the immo off service isn't correct. Anyone have any advice?
