Saxo VTS Crazy Clutch Noise?!

When I press down on the Clutch a crazy whining screeching noise occurs and it is a bit rough releasing the pedal.

• Clutch?
• Release Bearing?
• <sigh>Gearbox?!

Any ideas or idea of cost... of course... I was thinking of selling the thing this month so it must have heard
