smokey 205 GTI :(

when i start her from cold she puffs out blue smoke the revs dip from 1 to 500 and sometimes stalling? 2 mins later when shes warm less smoke and revs sits at 1?

any ideas?

If only at idle it's the valve stem seals.
Not uncommon.
