Clio Sport Xenon Ballast Pack, Where is it please?

Amazingly even K-tech couldn't tell me where it is. Mine has gone (according to Renault they go regularly whereas the bulbs never do) but I can't locate the pack, it's apparently somewhere behind the bumper. I have found a scrapped 182 (it rolled) and I can get it for £10 as opposed to the £200+ renault want for a new one.

They are on the headlight but you have to take the unit it out to get to them which means taking the bumber off, but its a simple job to do
