i purchased a fantastic 1.9 renault megane dci 2003 today. the only issue i have is that the handbrake is worn on the "leather" handle. i therefore need to know if this is easily replacable or cheap from renault. I would also like to replace the follwing: -

Gear stick
plastic cover to the dials.

breakers yard??? renault or is there a parts company you can recommend.

Thanks

Breakers yards and Ebay. I had to replace the gearknob on mine with a facelift model version as they then engraved the numbers on. I got mine from a scrappy in Northern Ireland via EBay, basically unclip the silver ring and then pull really, really hard and try not to hit yourself in the face when it comes up. The new one will just need to be thumped hard. Sorry, can't help on the handbrake front, will check my Haynes Manual tomorrow when I'm home from Uni. Will also look up about the instrument binnacle cover, I think it just pops off.
