will wheel that fit a mk1 clio, also fit a mk2 clio?

Yes most of them do, however beaware of fitting some 14" and 15" wheels to a 172/182 as the smaller wheels dont clear the bigger brake calipers. Also on the 172/182 the offsets are different.
