Hi,

First post, been a long term lurker.

My dad purchased a Bentley Continental GT earlier this year as a retirement present to himself. He's very pleased with it and after almost a year of retirement he's bored and looking to tinker with something a lot older to compliment his current garage.

So with Christmas coming up I wanted to give him a little inspiration as a present. Is there a good book which you'd recommend which would take you through Bentley's from the very beginning to current day? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Duncan

Go to the RREC or BDC website. plenty of reading there. Have several books but am more RR so cannot advise one more than another

Really depends on how old he wants to go...

But this is a good choice for the first 50 years:

I too would vote for the Dalton books or Bentley Crincklewood to Crewe. W O Bentleys autobiography is an interesting read too

Try "the Bentley Era" by Nicholas Foulkes.

All about the golden years and the Bentley Boys. A cracking read.
