Bentley's at the Langham

There's about 10 of them at the moment outside the Langham. Flying Spurs and Mulsanne's. One has the no plate "1 WO". Is that a factory car? They seem to be picking up kids in ballgowns, some of whom are in wheelchairs. Is it a charity do?
