Beaulieu Meet

Any owners fancy a meet at Beaulieu one weekend? Lots of pubs nearby, great scenery etc. Possible option of a cruise over to Yarmouth for lunch from Lymington.

I'm Tokyo based, but my car is kept in the south-west and I could be interested if the date coincides with a visit home...

We have just had a BDC lunch for 50 souls at the Royal Solent Yacht Club in Yarmouth, and could do it again should you so wish, even not with BDC affiliation. There are enough Bentleys in the Bournemouth, Winchester, Southampton triangle to make a social group.

Further ahead, and afield, BDC has a day out to Sherborne Abbey and School (with lunch) on 10th April and lunch at Langrish House (near Petersfield) on 15th September. There is also a week end rally at the Royal Hotel, Ventnor, Isle of Wight over 4 - 7 October with outings to Quarr Abbey and Goddards Brewery. Price is £335 per person.

It wouldn't be exclusive, just for anyone with an interest.

I go to Yarmouth most weekends by boat - could always take the car on the ferry though.

I'm over in June, but only for a few days, then planning a longer visit in mid-August....probably a couple of weeks. Things may change depending on work, so best not to make arrangements around me.

I'd not seen that - might well pop along. I'd also like to arrange a smaller meet for predominantly Bentley owners.

...I had the same thing in mind. It would be worth contacting the management at Beaulieu to enquire whether the arena is available for parking-up. Try posting something on the RR&BEW message board, and you may well generate some interest. Cheers
