The old girl has been languishing in th garage for longer than i wanted her to. following covid and illness
Putting the key in the ignition there is a fast ticking noise from somewhere under the dash This noise starts as the key is inserted and before turing it to start of to the acc position and the engine turns over but doesnt fire.. lack of petrol may be the answer to that.!

If chucking a coupleof gallonsa in and not solving the problewm are there any good mobile electricians who know about Royces and cpould visit to the Bracknell Area

I think there's an engine run relay on these cars also so if some fresh fuel does not help, try searching for the relays on the inside wing. They're on my passenger side on a LHD car.
