Dealer unable to fix 2017 Bentayga - Escalation options?

Car has currently been with a Bentley Main Dealer for over 3 weeks.

I want real time traffic and online destination search to work, currently get an error on the screen when trying to access these functions "My Bentley Services currently unavailable, try again later".

(Have an active SIM with data enabled inserted into the slot in the glovebox).

Q1) Should these services work. Anyone here got a similar aged Bentayga and do the services work on your vehicle.

Q2) What do I do if my dealer just cannot figure out how to make this work? Is there any escalation route to Bentley HQ?

Fortunately wired Carplay does work, so can use Waze etc, but would just like the integrated stuff to work as it should.

Is it possible that the unit that houses the sim is 3g compatible only? The old 3g network is largly shutdown by now.

I have the same in a 2017 LR Discovery. Sim unit is 3g only and not compatible with the 4g unit that came in the 2018 onwards Discovery.

LR not interested in a resolution for owners so cars are now offline only with no access to remote services, app connectivity etc.

Yes, but car will not let me get to a screen to enter the activation code generated by the app.
