Continental GT w12 2019

Hi all,

Some technical (nerd) assistance required:

I have a MY 2019 Continental GT, I have downloaded the app etc. But when I try and link to the car via the app screen in the car I have no option to set up User.... (disappointing)

got in touch with the good folks at Bentley and after a lot of head scratching they say the 2019 model is not compatible with the mobile app... I'm still not convinced

so if anyone out there in Bentley world as any ideas....

I had the same issue on my 2019 GT. Bentley’s right unfortunately the myBentley app only works on 2020+ models with the newer MIB3 infotainment system. Your 2019 still runs MIB2, so no app pairing possible.
Some owners swap the module, but it’s expensive and not straightforward. You’re not missing much though the app’s pretty basic.
