Bentley Conti GT over heating?

Hi all,

wondering if someone can help i sometimes get a "overheating" message flash up on the dash, this is only when im stuck in traffic for a long time, or driving very slowly for a long time. However the heat gauge stays just a tad over 90, so obivously it cant be over heating can it? Had a look in the hand book but no help there.
