1933 delivery trip advice sought

I've volunteered to help drive a 1933 20/25 from one end of the country to the other. What are the most likely mechanical problems to expect? What tools would it be most useful to carry?
Any suggestions or advice greatfully accepted!

I think the easiest and best solution is to take me along for the drive.. Being an engineer and run a few overland journeys, it shouldn't prove that difficult..
