Its got the Kahn 22inch Wheels on it and it has been painted in Pearl white which is not a standard rolls royce color. It looks really nice up close the color really changes the look of the car.
You are right that a Pearl White in the true sense of pearl paint systems are not a standard, or as we say, series option. We have however painted many Bespoke cars in trues 3-stage Pearl paint finishes. The reason they are not standard are that they require very special attention to get consistent colour around the car. Consequently they take a different route through the paintshop here @ Goodwood and require ovens to be turned down to avoid yellowing the base and pearl coat during curing of the clearcoat.
Where abouts are you based? I would genuinely be very interested to see the standard of Kahn's aftermarket paintjob?
As you may have guessed, I work for RRMC in a Bespoke Paint capacity....
All the best - Nick.
