it's for SWMBO but was quite impressed driving it home from London. It's taken quite a while to find the spec she wanted and sifting out the dogs that are out there but believe it's a very underated car.

What spec/colour/age did you get? Any pics? Where did you find it - private/trader/auction?

Got it privately from London.

Its a 54 Cooper in Electric Blue with black/white stripes with half leather interior (black & red) with air con, panoramic roof, parking sensors and auto box with flappy paddles.

Drove so much better than others we have driven. It's for the other half hence the auto box but actually changed quite quick in manual mode and was suprised to actually have a full 6 gears to choose from rather than the 4 you normally get with "tiptronic" boxes.

Overall very happy but was a hard slog trying to find one with the spec we wanted.
