Mini Cooper S tail light lens

I have a 2005 Mini Cooper S and the rear left hand side tail light lens is broken. Can I just replace the lens or do I need to replace the whole unit? (as only the lens is damaged) If so can anyone recommend a good place. Many thanks Mike

I bought a new pair off ebay, as ours had nasty lexus lights on when we bought it. Paid £40 a pair.
