Great looking car, enjoy it. Deep down I miss my Mini Copper S.

Still trying to get used to it. Gear changes are pretty brutal compaired to my old diesel burner! I even put it into reverse by accident at the car park ticket barrier earlier, almost had the guy behind me hehe

It's on runflats of course, will probably change over in a year or so.

I'd strongly suggest to ditch the RFTs asap, you'll be very surprised how much better the car is on normal tyres. You can good money for your RFTs on ebay too, I cleared £200 out of 4 of them, all with only around 5mm...

Interesting!, I'll probably have to save up for them though! I got my car from a mini dealer btw, I got so much extra thrown in and it was a great price - makes me wonder why anyone would buy private!

Sat nav, sunroof, full leather, climate control, chilli pack, visibilty pack, probably a few other things I've forgotten. Done 17k miles, 12 months: warrenty, tax, mot, breakdown cover, servicing.

All for £15,500 - oh and they drove it 170miles to deliver it with half a tank of petrol left! = Bargin me thinks!

Oh and the clutch went on test drive so I got a brand new one of them too!

Sounds great. Plus, you've got the perfect plate should you want an MX5 in the future. smile

I'm only new to minis, but I spent about a month waiting for the right one to appear. A local dealer here has a cooper S tagged as a jcw, with no options and probably a half arsed warrenty for £16,995.

I think for the amount of 'stuff' I got it was a bargain.
