Some Pointers on finding an R56 CS please

Looking for a Grey/Dark Silver CS, 2007 or newer, less than 60Kmiles and up to £10K but very fussy about condition and spec, almost certainly a dealer as I have a car to trade, where's best?
I'm in south Essex, but will travel anywhere for the right car.
Just been let down on a top spec car that a Cherished dealer changed their mind about selling, even returned my deposit!
Ideally want to do a deal before Christmas!

That's a good budget to get a nice spec car. I recently went to Rybrook Mini in Stratford to buy a 56 plate R56, great service at dealership, £8k for black 'S', chilli pack and 60k on clock. Just make sure you get cam chain issue checked as within few weeks had dreaded death rattle. Local Mini dealer did work changing chain, tensioner etc., under Mini Cherished scheme thank goodness which saved me big bill!! Sure you aware already but thought I'd mention as mine played up soon after having bought it. Otherwise great car and good to be back in one again after letting my earlier 1st Gen go...!
