Following a couple of threads on here I have now purchased my new toy - a 55 plate Cooper S JCW;

Dealer drove it to my house to view and it's pretty mint save for a tiny bit of wear to the drivers seat bolster. It's going to have a full MOT, inspection 2 service, new front pads and rear discs and pads along with 6 months tax. After viewing several more expensive models (all 2005 plates) with more miles and much rougher condition this one was a bit of a breath of fresh air. Last owner has had it since 2010, owns 4 other cars and covered 6k in that time.
