help ! leaky mini :(

our 2011 cooper s has clear cold liquid leaking from a flexible pipe underneath the car, in line with the leading edge of the doors, just on the offside of the exhaust

am i correct in guessing that this is an a/c pipe ?

any ideas on the issue please ?

car's running normally, a/c is not very cool, even on minimum temp

any help much appreciated

confirmed by mini assist ( in record time ! ) as normal a/c behaviour in our currently freeky weather

The A/C on MINIs is pathetic at the best of times

(at least on our 1st generation - and others that I've tried)
