R56 Cooper S - 184BHP - Oil Grade

I'm wanting to do an interim oil change on my 2010 MCS.

I've been searching for the correct grade of oil, some say 5w-30, others 0w-40, others BMW LL01,

Does anyone know for sure which it is, and also the oil capacity?

I don't know but had the same problem with my one (diffrent engine so dont know if the same oil) I talked direct to the people at miller oil uk. They told me the spec etc.

Just to wrap this up, I spoke to the supplying dealer who confirmed its 5w-30.
