Mini Advice

Hey guys
Looking at buying my first mini, just after a bit of advice between the convertible S and the normal S.

That's the one I've been looking at, just wanting to know the advantages and disadvantages of the convertible really, I'm guessing they're heavier, how does that affect the performance etc.? I haven't decided that I definitely want the convertible, I'd be just as happy with a normal cooper s
What should I be looking for, problems wise when I'm looking at the cooper s's?
Any advice or opinions welcome

Hi its a sharp looking car ....I was also after a convertible but on a test drive couldn't stand it with the top up ...lovely when its down. I'm very happy with the tin top ...good luck with what ever model you get mate ...but an S I think is a must! !!!
