Steering Rack Replacement

I need to change the rack on my 2006 Cooper S Auto. Are there any good write ups that you could help me with.

Haynes/Bentley manual would cover this, I've done it before and think it was a front subframe out job - here's a guide.

Once the subframe is out it's pretty straightforward, though you need a set of female Torx sockets for removing the rack itself (weirdly, the only fasteners on the car which need them!).
