Voiding the warranty

I think I already know the answer to this question but is there any modifications that can be made to a mini re induction/exhaust that don't void the dealer warranty?

Will void any warranty on that particular system, so decat exhaust can't void suspension issues being covered for instance.

Considering the fragile nature of the engine, presuming you have a later N14 prince varient, I'd hold back on any mods to intake or exhaust, as if the inevitable happens, you will not get any cover
I have extended tlc and have resisted any mods as the small print state's even this would invalidate the service package, mini seem very against change.
