Mini 06 r52 convertible standard exhaust fitment problem

Hi all,just changed the steering pump,thanks for Info on that. 55 mins
However I'm at a loss with the long one piece rear section.
I cannot get it past the strengthening bars brace at rear.
Is there a crystal maze or krypton factor way of fitting this.?
Car have to a certain height ? Anything please .

Do you have an exhaust specific for the convertible, if it's a replacement that is - the convertible exhaust has a flattened section roughly underneath the fuel tank to clear a brace i.e. the exhaust off of a hatch won't fit

Thanks for quick response .Yes the r52 exhaust ,£30 extra for privilage lol.
Trouble I'm having is , getting the first hanger through the tunnel where brace is.,Same size hanger as one that came off.?

brace has to come off at the front
