Hi, is there a particular model, or option pack that gives heated front seats..

or are they an option thats not attached to any particular model or option pack?

Think they're a optional extra

Pretty sure they came with the CHILI pack in our Cooper S...I didn’t spec them separately but we’ve got them. Heated front screen was a stand alone option though.
