It should be possible with some wiring amendments. There's a lot of mini groups/clubs so you may well have someone local who can help you do it too.

You will need to declare the change of bumpers to your insurance company though.

Yes, it was a factory option, ours has it. I looked at fitting the GP2 diffuser, but that'll need a centre exhaust.

As above, could get a factory JCW kit fitted to a Cooper from the factory but the rear bumper was different to take the single side exit exhaust.

No, the bumper's the same, it's a separate panel at the bottom that's different.

Just a +1 to the above comments - my R56 Cooper SD had it as factory fit.
