F56 Cooper 1.5 tuning options?

Any one got any suggestions on the best tuning solutions for the 136bhp B38 1.5 engine?

We have a 2021 (so LCI) Cooper Exclusive 5dr and whilst it's generally a great little car, I do hanker after just a little more power.

Nothing OTT that my wife would obviously notice (her car) and ideally something plug and play that could easily be removed...
