R56 spare wheel retrofit

Just wondering if anyone has done this? Both my R56s have the inflation kit but I’d much rather the security of a physical spare even if it is only a space saver. I’ve got a parts list. Just wondering if anyone has bothered. I nearly got caught out in the middle of Wales on a Sunday afternoon.
