After-service question

My partner recently had her R56S in for the 20k service. Upon getting the car back, whenever its driven now you can hear a serious amount of what can only be described as wind coming fromt he front of the car/engine

I dont wanna take it back if its something thats 'normal' but we have never been able to hear this before and its getting slightly irritating now
