It really was a fantastic little car with great pace, suprising practicallity and good economy. Was really sad to se it go as it was great! Not to everyones taste but I liked it even more for that!!

We have replaced it with this

This has similarly divided opinions because the colour aint exactly the norm and some find the inside a bit bright but we love it. Its got some nice bits like usb, chilli park, the full leather, blue tooth, and a few other bits but the panoramic roof is especially nice. I look forward to taking it to Silverstone.

Looks nice smile Really like those seats.

BMW employee by any chance? Must be a perk being able to spec up a different model every so often. How are you finding the performance difference between the two?

Not had chance to explore the performance that much but the hatch feels a bit slower of course. Also I thought the clubman held its line a bit better. I do have links to BMW

Performance difference is like night and day. Anyone that says otherwise is lying wink

Can't tell from the pic, is that sparkling silver? If so that combo works really well, looks nice smile

The Cooper Hatch looks very nice IMO. I think you have got the wheel, trim and colour combination bang on.

Very nice, but why go from an S to a Cooper? They pretty much have the same fuel economy.

Had to swap it over after one year. Can't agree with you on the fuel economy though. The s did 36 urban this is already doing 43

Couldn't you have swapped it for a JCW wink
Precisely my point about the fuel though, what's 7mpg considering the power and fun you get out of an S!!

Hi dave, I have to choose cars from an availlability list and sadly no jcw. What drew my wife to this car ( it's hers) was the seats And the big spec. Although you're right about the performance it's does have a certain charm. We will have it for 8 months and then who knows what next but I think we will enjoy this for it's individual looks and high trim
