Hello, doing my wheel bearings soon, has anyone have a Bentley Manual so they could tell me some torque settings?

2005 Cooper S

  1. Front Hub Nut 182Nm. Use new nut and peen over to secure.
  2. Front bearing assembly securing nuts. 20Nm then angle 90 degrees + or - 15 deg. Use new nuts.
  1. Rear bearing unit to trailing arm nuts. 56Nm

Brake caliper to steering knuckle (M12 bolts) 110Nm

All figures are from the BMW TIS.

Good luck with that bd, you'll need some heft to shift it, i did when fitting the Brembos.
