R56 Bulb size

Can someone confirm the dipped/main bulb size on the R56 (non-xenon) for me?

63 12 Headlights R55 / R56
Light bulb - xenon light Type D1S 12V 35W
Bulb - high beam / driving lights Type H4 12V 60/55W
