Right. Basic Cooper S - £17,020
Aftermarket tuning to 220ish bhp incl warranty transfer - a grand or so.
That's £35K 'worth' of stuff which doesn't do anything for the car or the driving experience really...
I agree to a certain extent but tuning to 220bhp a grand ? Really ? Can you inform us as I would like to know more about what you would buy and where (I'm not been funny by the way, just curious)Aftermarket tuning to 220ish bhp incl warranty transfer - a grand or so.

Be fairer to take the basic price for a JCW rather than an S, 22k-ish from memory.Aftermarket tuning to 220ish bhp incl warranty transfer - a grand or so.

Park Lane seem to be good at adding 20 grand to the cost of a car just because they've put a silly wrap on it.

We can here... give or take a few notes or bhp...www.minispeed.nl
After fiddling around with the MINI site I struggled to break 30k for a JCW, so I can only assume that Park Lane are charging an extra 23k for black wheels, a garish orange wrap and some carbon JCW trim.
Think about that for a minute, twenty three grand, that's the cost of a second JCW and a few extras!
