2007 mini one convertable

Hi.I was hopping for some advice.My wife crashed her 2007 black mini one convertable and it has been written off.We are being offered to buy it back.It has full frontal .2 airbags,dash.gearbox cassing cracked.damage to front of engine.its done 23000 miles.What im asking is would it be worth buying for £2900 to repair ? any help would be appreciated
