Klick when turning steering wheel

On a 01 mini one steering feels good but at slower speeds at about 30 deg turn left or right, you can feel a slight jolt/klick throw the steering wheel.

Any iders?

Its a common fault on all gen 1 minis, its the steering column bearings or the universal joint, they get worse over time. The fix is a whole unit.
