OS door on my 2003 MINI

My MCS Drivers door is unable to stay open when I open it full out. Usually there are two notches which the door remains open but these are now not there anymore and the door just tends to close.

I believe it's the 'door clasp' or something is broken or loose inside the door?!

Can anybody help to elaborate or inform me how to take the door trim apart for me to see. I have taken the 3 big screws of around the door handle/pocket but the door trim still remains immovable!!

Thanks for any help PH'ers can give me as I don't want to take it to the garage for something that is relatively simple.

Also..is there any airbag in that door as obviously I don't want to disturb anything explosive.
