I went to buy my missus an R56 Cooper S this morning. We saw it yesterday afternoon, just come in to the dealer, unprepped, and right on its service. We ummed and arred a bit, but after a chat last night, decided to go for it. When we got there this morning, it was sold frown

However, we were just looking around the place at other potential stuff, when the sales guy came running across to say that the buyers finance fell through. So, we bought it. smile

Happy wife, seems a nice little car, low miles, clear history and priced well - an all round decent little go-kart. She loves it so that is what matters.

Just waiting on a prep, service and her plate transfer from her old car while we are on holiday and we should be up and running when we get back.

{thinks} little does she know that I am gonna hillclimb it next season

I'll try and find time to clean it and take pics.

It also has a JCW logo'd leather dashboard - nice touch, not seen one before.

Wife getting slightly irritated with me over the weekend, as every time I had to 'pop' somewhere I kept nicking it!
