Panoramic sunroof

Daft question I suspect but..

I've got a panoramic sunroof on my 53 plate MCS which I like but I've seen other Mini's with similar sunrrofs where the rear part lifts up. Only the front (larger) part of mine lifts up and slides back. Am I doing something wrong or was that only available on later models?

We had an 03 cooper with Panoramic Sunroof and only the front section moved rear was fixed.

Where???? Never heard of that in 5 years of keen Mini ownership.

I have seen the same (Pan Sunroof on wifes 01 car). I think this was a change on newer cars but I dont know when (07?).

Only 56 plate onwards cars have panoramic roofs where the rear also lifts.
