I've put too much stuff in the glove box and the latch to the glove box has broken i.e you pull it but it does not release the catch, Dont know an easy way of opening the box without prising it open and if I do that can I get replacement parts, does anyone know a minimum damage solution...........

Cheers

There are few ways for you.

You should be able to put a screw driver up behind the handle and you can leaver the latch to remove it, if that doesn't work you can take the end of the dash off, and you can run your hand along (small hands needed) pop the light into the glovebox and you can just flick the latch. or take the top dash off if its a pre 54 plate with the airbag in the dash and not the top.

Last way is to remove the hinge pin from the bottom. Non of the methods are very easy, the lid will need to be pulled apart to fix it so at last resort you will be able to pull the outer skin off, it is melted together but will pull apart quite easily once opened you can then use a good hot glue or super glue to put it back together. Done a few that way and providing you glue it back in the same place you wont be able to tell
