Anyone know if there are ever problems with Cooper wheels eg cracking?
I replaced the run flats on my 16 inch cooper wheels. The new tyres are falken non run flats.
The run flats would lose pressure, one of the many reasons I binned them. Now i find the new tyres doing the same. Seems to be rears only.
Just wondering if this might be a common issue with cooper wheels..?

they are the standard 5 spoke 16's for the Cooper (in Chilli pack).
I am sure they changed the valves but will ask them to take a look at the weekend.

Corrosion on the inner rim was our problem. Maybe get them skimmed and then reseat the tires?....worked for my Mrs's Cooper on runflats.

Stick a can of the halfraulds/sainsbury tyre foam gunk and that should seal of the minor leakage.

Seems this was our problem too. Rims cleaned up and tyres refitted. Hopefully no more probs.
