Campsites

Thinking of trying Italy this year in a motorhome, any one got any first hand experience of camp sites from say Ravenna down as far as Ancona.
looking for something on a beach, doesn't have to cater for children.

Returned 2 weeks ago from an Italy/France trip. Stayed at this place - a bit south maybe from where you're talking about, but worth the trip. Vieste (the town) is a bit hectic, but pretty good for most things (food, shops, supermarkets etc). The beaches are great, sandy, wide and water shallow for kids and the site we were on opened straight to it. We loved it, and will probably return. Enjoy your holiday.
