Just got my entry for next years ballot in. Never done a marathon before although do run a bit and am building up so looking forward to the opportunity.
Me too! A friend has also entered. I'm training up for a half marathon in October anyway so feel it will be a good platform to go on to do a marathon from.
Me three! i've also never done a Marathon but am hoping i get in! I also have a half marathon in October, so a perfect start to potential training should i get in!
I've done a few 10k's now and will do the Cardiff half and work from that. Pretty excited though.. It's a bucket list thing to do and if it goes well then maybe the New York next
Got my entry in too, from what I remember there's only about a 1 in 6 chance of getting a place so I'll probably do the Edinburgh marathon instead, have done them both before and think Edinburgh was a much nicer route.
