How to watch NCAA games?

I am getting fed up of ESPN player never actually working, and it costing £17.99/month for the privilege. Is there any other online way to watch NCAA football and basketball games? (i have no specific teams [though am slightly partial to Oregon], i just like to watch the occasional random game). I have no Sky, BT or Virgin.
