Spartan run gloves

Hiya, doing a 20k Spartan race in about a month and was looking for recommendations for gloves. Done a couple of nuclear races but don’t want to spend a fortune as they may not get used again. Any help is great fully received.

I've used Mad grip gloves for burpees etc. on tarmac.

I used these for Europe's Toughest Mudder and they were faultless and even came up white again after being washed.

I have done dozens of OCR's (including 6 or 7 Spartans) and have never found gloves to be helpful - what obstacles/challenges are you thinking you might need them for?
