I’ve had a Horizon treadmill that I got 2nd hand years ago that has failed recently. I’ve no idea if they are any good these days or not or if there are better makes or places to buy. (Eg decathlon ?)

It would likely get used 3 times a week when it’s dark for 5km runs.

What sort of budget do I need to expect to get something that has elevation and good quality / will last.

Thanks

This was recommended to us. It has the highest user weight rating of any non commercial ones we looked at. I'm 6'5" and 110kg+ so that was important. Powerful motor and plenty of speed. Folds up relatively small and can be wheeled about when folded. Just FYI it's heavy AF so will need two of you when it arrives.

It's been fine, used multiple times a day. We had one piece snap but a quick email to Branx and they had a new piece out in the mail FOC.

We have a sole F65 - paid about 300 off eBay, used but you can hardly tell - there are loads around, a lot of unused lockdown purchases.

I’m curious on this too

I run a lot - 45km per week.

The weekend run can be outside, but winter running in the week when it’s dark is an issue because I live out in the sticks and it’s not well lit.

Has anyone got a source for refurbished gym equipment?

I need something good - don’t mind paying, but don’t want to buy twice…..
